Department of Computer Science

Direction of training

The Computer Science Department was founded in September 2018. The Department provides bachelor courses in 122 “Computer Science” and magister courses in 126 “Information systems and technologies”. Eight fulltime professors (lecturers) and three part-time employers currently give these courses. Five members of the Department have scientific degrees and academic ranks.

The members of the Department supervise interest clubs in Databases, Testing & QA, Arduino etc. They also provide courses for Programming Fundamentals and Web Development.

Research work

Main directions in teachers research work are:

1. Development of the big data analytical systems.
2. Business intelliganse in medical information systems based on clouds computing.
3. Design and development computer-oriented learning in educational institutions.
4. Using Moodle in STEM for improving IT skills.
